Plan, manage, and grow the Instagram page

Led a full aesthetic rebrand of the page and created reusable templates still in use today.
Created, designed, and wrote copy for all Instagram posts
Used Hootsuite to plan and schedule content, ensuring a consistent posting frequency of 4-5 times per week.
Analyzed Instagram insights to identify peak posting times and the most effective hashtags
Conducted competitive analysis in the wellness industry to identify emerging trends such as IG Reels (short-form video) and shareable graphics to integrate into our content strategy
