Supported managers with daily operations of Peacock’s lean-back programming including brainstorming, scheduling, curating, and analyzing data for 10+ channels
Conducted and presented monthly competitive analyses to identify distinct and timely strategies against competitors
Created concise content filters and dashboards on Airtable to streamline navigation of content-in-window for creative programming decisions and other administrative tasks; my templates have been adopted team-wide
Pitched and scheduled a pop-up Halloween channel to Programming and Product Marketing executives to optimize content availability and diversify viewership; channel currently under consideration for launch in Q4
Led and collaborated with 5 Direct-to-Consumer interns to prototype and pitch gamification features on Peacock’s platform; pitch was selected (out of 6 others) to present to SVPs of Growth Marketing & Product Experience

Action
Conducted research on Gen Z audiences and identified Halloween as a prime opportunity to engage them
Pitched the concept for a young-adult Halloween-themed channel - “Teen Screams” - and designed the logo
Curated a tailored selection of content in window that fit the channel theme
Programmed and scheduled a two-week lineup, utilizing day-parting and strategic scheduling to maximize viewership and enhance the thematic experience.
Created and presented an engaging pitch deck to Virtual Channels and Programming executives; received positive feedback on presentation structure and design.

Action
Led and collaborated with 5 other interns; responsible for scheduling meetings, delegating tasks, ensuring team was on schedule, and being the primary point of contact
Conducted interviews and desk research to identify user needs, pain points, and desires
Brainstormed and ideated solutions based on research findings — settling on gamification features
Prototyped and pitched our concept to Strategy and UX executives at NBCUniversal
Won case challenge; selected as 1 of 2 groups out of 6 to present ideas to SVPs of Growth Marketing & Product Experience
